Tammy Owen - President
Kaleida Health Vice President
Tamara Owen has been with Kaleida Health since 1992. Originally from Boston, Tammy has a clinical background in physical therapy. She is a former Vice President for ambulatory and rehab services at DeGraff Hospital.
Tammy holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Springfield College in Massachusetts, as well as a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and a master’s degree of business administration from the University of Buffalo.
Prior to her appointment as President of DeGraff Memorial Hospital on January 1, 2007, Tammy held the position of Kaleida Health Corporate Vice President for Physician Services.

Donald Gullickson - Chief Medical Officer
Kaleida Health Vice President
Dr. Gullickson serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs of Kaleida Health and Chief Medical Officer at DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
Completing his Doctor of Osteopathy training at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia and his residency in Internal Medicine at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Dr. Gullickson is a native of West Virginia. He is a graduate of Marshall University holding a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Science.
He has been on the Medical Staff of DeGraff Memorial Hospital since August 1991. Dr. Gullickson lives in Williamsville with his wife Kris and three children.

Anne Carey, RN, EdS - Chief Nursing Officer
Anne Carey has brought extensive resources and valuable experience with her to the role of Chief Nursing Officer for DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
Her educational achievements include a bachelors degree in education from St. Bonaventure University, AAS in Nursing (with distinction) from Corning Community College and a Masters of Science Degree in Adult Education from Elmira College. In addition, Anne received Certification as a Total Quality Management Trainer, Certification in Emergency Nursing and EdS Leadership status from the University of West Florida.
Anne joined Kaleida Health in February of 2006 to work at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital first as Manager of the Neurosurgical, Surgical and CMI ICU’s and then as Director of Cardiac Nursing Services.
DeGraff has been fortunate to have Anne join the staff in her leadership role as of September 2007. Her strengths in quality management, performance improvement and problem solving are a wonderful asset toward the growth and success of DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
